When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, LinkedIn URL, resume, job preferences, and anything else you choose to share in the contact form. We also collect basic site analytics, such as pages visited and general device information.

We use your information to match you with suitable roles and to communicate with you about those opportunities.

We share your information with a prospective employer only after you agree to be submitted for that specific role.

We may use trusted service providers (such as website hosting, data storage, and email) to run the site. They may process your information only on our behalf.

We never sell personal information.

We keep candidate information while it is useful for matching you with roles, and we delete it on request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing jeff@gohiretalent.com. California residents have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
